Regulatory role of DBC1 in inflammation and autoimmune diseases

Efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine and SGLT2i, GLP-1RA, and ACEI/ARB in the management of diabetic kidney disease: A systematic review and network meta-analysis

本文采用网状meta分析确定糖尿病肾病患者最推荐的治疗方案。该研究最终纳入了87项随机对照试验,包括16种不同的治疗方法和10,485例患者。血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂联合中药治疗可能是降低糖尿病肾病患者24小时尿总蛋白、血尿素氮、血清肌酐的最佳选择,而血管紧张素受体阻滞剂联合胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂降低糖化血红蛋白的效果最佳。

本文旨在分析疱疹病毒(HSV, HHV-6, VZV, CMVV, EBV)和变应性皮肤血管炎之间的因果关系。使用固定效应逆方差加权(IVW)法、加权中位数法和MR- egger回归进行了主要的MR分析,并进行了敏感性分析,以评估研究结果的稳健性。研究证实了HHV-6和CLA之间的因果关系,揭示了以HHV-6为导向的治疗干预措施在治疗CLA中的潜力

Associations of aged neutrophils with disease activity in primary Sjögren's syndrome
