本文旨在分析疱疹病毒(HSV, HHV-6, VZV, CMVV, EBV)和变应性皮肤血管炎之间的因果关系。使用固定效应逆方差加权（IVW）法、加权中位数法和MR- egger回归进行了主要的MR分析，并进行了敏感性分析，以评估研究结果的稳健性。研究证实了HHV-6和CLA之间的因果关系，揭示了以HHV-6为导向的治疗干预措施在治疗CLA中的潜力。
